About
Lynn Walsh is a writer, teacher, and book reviewer based in St. Augustine,
Florida.
She is an avid lover of fantasy, experimental fiction, and translated postcolonial
literature. While earning her master’s degree in English at the University of North
Florida, Lynn focused her studies on translated postcolonial literature and body
politics. Her favorite authors are Leigh Bardugo, Erin Morgenstern, L.M. Montgomery,
Sappho, and Rachel Cusk.
When she was in high school, Lynn started an online blog on a whim. Always dreaming
of being a writer, Lynn began practicing her writing skills and sharing posts about her
takes on politics, book reviews, and her 2016 study abroad travels to England.
Now, Lynn focuses most of her writings for publication, with the exception of The Tea Parlor Quarterly, which she releases on
this website.
